We spent the last couple of weeks talking about why we give in obedience to the Lord. This week were going to dive into how we give in a way that Honors the Lord. Motivation without training will often lead to failure, but when we are motivated by the Grace of God and informed by the Word of God we can do Great Things for the Glory of God!
I. Giving is a voluntary act. vs 10
II. Giving should be faithful and proportionate. vs 11-12
III. Giving makes sure everyone has enough. vs 13-15
IV. Giving should include accountability. vs 16-23
V. Giving should set an example of love that overcomes covetousness. vs 8:24-9:5
