Paul identifies often with the sufferings of Christ. He is willing to forgo financial and social gain in order to be faithful to the Church and to Gods plan. He is willing to give up some of his rights and privileges in order to demonstrate faithfulness. Paul is willing to do whatever is necessary to show the Corinthian Church what a true Apostle looks like.
